The guarantee in one paragraph
If you complete our six-month Sated program — meaning you attend all scheduled consultations, take your prescribed medication as directed, complete the nutrition program, and engage with your AI coach a minimum number of times per week — and you lose less than 5% of your starting body weight, we will refund 100% of your program fees.
What counts as "completing the program"
- Attended at least 5 of 6 monthly in-person clinic visits
- Attended at least 20 of your 26 weekly nutritionist consultations
- Took your prescribed medication as directed for the full 6 months
- Completed at least 12 AI coach interactions per month (the system tracks this automatically)
- Provided body composition data at each clinic visit
What is refunded
Your monthly program fees for the 6-month period. Bloodwork costs and any other ancillary medical services are not refundable. Medication shipped and used is not refundable (you can't return medicine that's already been administered).
What is not covered
- If you stop the program partway through, the refund does not apply
- If you do not provide the data required (body composition, weight tracking) we cannot verify outcomes
- If medical contraindications develop and we have to stop your medication, the guarantee may not apply (we'll handle this case-by-case fairly)
How to claim the refund
If at the end of your 6-month program you haven't lost 5% of your starting weight and you meet the completion criteria above, email us at refunds@sated.health with your patient ID. We process refunds within 15 business days. No arguments.
