By accessing sated.health or enrolling in any Sated program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services are available only to residents of India who are at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The eligibility quiz is a preliminary screening tool only and does not constitute medical advice or a prescription.

Sated provides a doctor-supervised metabolic and weight management program that includes clinical consultations, nutrition coaching, structured exercise guidance and, where medically appropriate, prescription medication facilitated through registered medical practitioners. All consultations are conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 of the Government of India.

Information on this website is provided for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for individualised medical advice. GLP-1 receptor agonists and other prescription medications are dispensed only after a thorough clinical assessment by a registered medical practitioner and only where medically indicated. We make no guarantee of any specific weight outcome. Individual results vary based on biological, behavioural and adherence factors.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during the eligibility quiz, intake forms and consultations. Withholding or misrepresenting medical information may affect the safety and efficacy of your treatment and may result in termination of the program without refund.

Program fees are displayed on the pricing page and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Fees are payable in advance via the payment methods listed at checkout. We reserve the right to revise fees prospectively; existing enrolments are honoured at the rate paid.

All content on sated.health, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, program materials and protocols, is the property of Sated Health Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to (a) misuse the website or services; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (c) impersonate any person; (d) transmit unlawful, abusive or harmful content; or (e) resell or redistribute any portion of the program.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sated, its directors, employees and clinical partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sated harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law; or (c) your provision of false or misleading information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
