Refund Policy

Initial consultations are free. There is nothing to refund if you decide not to proceed after the consultation.

If, within the first 30 days of starting a paid program, you decide it is not right for you, we will refund the unused portion of your program fee. To qualify you must have attended your enrolment consultation and any clinically scheduled follow-ups.

After the first 30 days, you may cancel any time. We will refund the fee corresponding to the calendar months you have not yet started, less a 10% administrative charge. Clinical services already delivered (consultations, lab tests, coaching hours, medication facilitation) are non-refundable.

Prescription medications are billed and dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies. Refunds for medications already dispensed are governed by the pharmacy's own policy and applicable law. Sated does not refund medication costs once a prescription has been filled.

Lab tests are billed by our diagnostic partners. Once a sample has been collected or a test has been performed, the test cost is non-refundable.

If our physician determines after intake that you are not a medically appropriate candidate for the program, we will refund 100% of program fees paid, minus the cost of any lab tests already performed.

Email billing@sated.health from the email or phone number associated with your account with the subject "Refund request — [your full name]". We will acknowledge within 2 working days and process eligible refunds within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through our billing team.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version applicable to your enrolment is the one in force on the date you paid.
